SECOND TUESDAY BIBLE STUDY  will meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble College Bookstore on Tuesday September 14.  Bring your Bible and your friends!

THIRD TUESDAY DIALOGUE evening will be held at the Barnes and Noble College Bookstore on Tuesday September 21, 7:00 p.m. 

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES, ADULT BIBLE STUDY AND CONTEMPORARY ISSUES CLASS all begin on Sunday September 12. 

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  October 3 is World Communion Sunday.  Enjoy an array of delicious home baked breads and muffins during our coffee time.  October 10th is the Grandparents' Celebration Luncheon.  Bring your grandparents and enjoy a luncheon in their honor.  October 17th is the Blessing of the Pets.  Bring a picture of your pet to church as we honor our very special furry and feathered friends.

WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION NEWS -  We welcome all ladies of the church for the following:

BOARD MEETING - The next Women's Association Board Meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the church parlor. 

Morning Circle and Afternoon Circle Meetings:  The Morning Circle will meet at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 in the church parlor.  The Afternoon Circle will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2010.  Look for more information in the weekly bulletin.  These will be the last Circle Meetings until September.  Have a wonderful Summer!

PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN  will hold their Fall Retreat on Saturday, September 18, at Camp Lackawanna, beginning with registration and coffee at 9:30 AM. Elva Martin of First Presbyterian Church of Towanda will lead the retreat titled, "Sidney and Norman, God is Love." The Rev. Rebecca Tanner, pastor at Ashley Presbyterian Church, will lead worship and communion in the afternoon. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch, and beverages and desserts will be provided.

GOING ON VACATION OR BUSINESS TRIP?  Please keep the Women’s Association in mind.  We are collecting motel/hotel amenities (shampoo, lotions, shower caps, etc.) For our Christmas stockings for shut-ins, nursing homes etc.
